Renske Decuyper (b. 1999, Bruges, Belgium) is a visual artist  based in Sint-Laureins, Belgium. Working across various media, including drawing and sculpting, she is mostly making dynamic, colorful paintings. These works are marked by layered compositions that weave together elements of landscape and multiple perspectives.

The work is deeply rooted in observing the urban environment. From a young age, she developed a fascination with the horizon, a habit born during long car rides and later nurtured on train and bus journeys between Ghent and Bruges. Over time, she became aware of the fragmented and unstructured nature of urban planning in Flanders—an influence that serves as the foundation for her playful yet thought-provoking visual language.
